Thoroughly tested by the leading manufacturers of wide belt sanding machines, our HD Coated Canvas is recommended for use in severe applications of extreme heat and pressure. Produced with a special graphite coating, combined with the highest quality binder, it is made to take the toughest applications, greatly outlasting the Standard grade. Available in a variety of widths and lengths in roll sizes up to 36" wide x 50 yard lengths.

Our Standard Grade is used on sanding machines, hand blocks and automatic belt sanders, for a wide range  of applications. Available in both standard and custom widths to your specifications at a proportional cost.

This special rugged grade is similar to the HD grade, recommended for use on wide-belt sanding machines as well as where extreme heat and pressure are imperative. The essential difference is 303 is void of flakes, which are often objectionable. The binder  used on 303 Canvas provided the best adhesion of graphite to canvas possible with greater heat resistance and longer wear.

Specifically researched and developed by PEC to address the problems of prolonged life where critical temperatures and pressures are encountered, our 450 takes the most punishing duty of wide belt sanding machines. Sanding belts will last longer and you can count on extended sanding production time between lubricant changes than other products. A special binder and large grains of pure graphite are the keys to this longer cooler performance.

Our three star 250 was originally designed for use in the metalworking industry for operations using coolants. It has found a wide favor in woodworking as well, for its long lasting lubricating qualities. The ***250 is identical to our 303 except that it features an added locking binder which (1) waterproofs the canvas and (2) offers cleaner operation and handling.

We originally developed this product for the  wide-belt industry, but have found through on-the-job experimentation, it can be utilized in almost all applications. The 500 Super Flex is the answer to cool climate applications.

In comparison the popular 450 the 500 Super Flex offers not only more belt flexibility but durability and prolonged belt life. For those of you already using our 450 in your application . . . give the new 500 Super Flex a try. You will find its quality and performance to be superior.

PEC 2-ply Belting features a heavier body and stronger base cloth, making it especially suitable for those applications where cushioning is desired, particularly on the edge and drawer sanders. It has the same basic coating as our graphite coated canvas. Stocked in sizes 2,4,6,8,9,10,12,15,and 36 inches.

The same heavy-bodied strong base cloth as our Standard 2-ply Belting, with a heavy duty graphite coating. Carried in widths 6,9, and 12 inched.
