PEC Graphite Chevron Belts are a highly flexible, improved graphite chevron design. Developed to provide controlled quality sanding of extra thin, decorative veneers and solid woods requiring extreme quality handling. On automatic sanding machines, the PEC Pressure Segment Belt rides at  constant speed between the pneumatically compensated pressure beam and the sanding belt.

It also affords lubrication to the back or inside of the sanding belt for increased production and greatly extended sanding belt life. The chevron design and its specially developed and improved graphite composition, have been tested to have equal or superior service life at much lower cost than other types of belts.

PEC Pressure Segment Belts are also available with either felt chevrons and  graphite coated felt chevrons. Made to your specifications in all widths/lengths, as well as the following stock sizes for immediate shipment.
